As long as there is civilization there will be garbage. We have partially solved the problem with recycling but the real solution is plasma converters. Plasma Converters are on the radar screen in island communities, or where ever there is a land use issue. This device uses one quarter of the power produced to produce the plasma that burns everything at the temperature of the sun.
